  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tart apples
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 lb sausage
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 12 cups pecans, halved
  • 3 cups white bread
  • 3 cups cornbread
  • 3 cups French bread (or 1 bag premix and 3 cups water)

Directions

    Brown Saugage, onions and celery with 1 stick of butter.

    Place Cooked mixture in bowl.

    Cook apples to brown but not mushy.

    Mix all above ingredients.
