Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green peppers, shredded
- 3 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Karo (blue label)
- 2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. grape juice
Directions

1Pour Mazola oil in a frying pan.

2Add the garlic, onions and peppers.

3Heat and add the meat rolled in the cornstarch.

4Pour in the Karo and tomatoes.

5Add salt and pepper and the grape juice. Transfer to a casserole.

6Cover and bake 2 hours in a 350° oven. Add olives and serve with mashed potatoes.
