  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. mild picante sauce
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can Spanish rice

Directions

    Cook ground beef and drain.

    Combine the beans, picante sauce, rice, beef and half of the cheese.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 20 minutes, until heated through.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
