- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 small can Las Palmas red chili sauce
- 1 small can diced Ortega peppers
- 1 small can chopped olives
- tortillas
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Drain.

3Mix in bowl the soups, milk, chili sauce, peppers, olives and browned beef.

4In wide casserole, layer tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.

5Start with tortillas and end with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 50 minutes uncovered and 10 minutes covered.
