  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 small can Las Palmas red chili sauce
  • 1 small can diced Ortega peppers
  • 1 small can chopped olives
  • tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown beef and onion.

    Drain.

    Mix in bowl the soups, milk, chili sauce, peppers, olives and browned beef.

    In wide casserole, layer tortillas, beef mixture and cheese.

    Start with tortillas and end with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes uncovered and 10 minutes covered.
