  • 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and boned
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (3 oz.) can green chiles, drained
  • 1 large onion
  • Doritos chips
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Cut boned chicken into bite size pieces.

    Mix soup, broth, chiles, onion and chicken.

    Layer a 13 x 9-inch pan with Doritos, half of mixture, another layer of chips, remainder of mixture and final layer of chips.

    Top with cheese and dash of paprika.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
