- 1 large fryer
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken; soak tortillas in 1 cup broth until soft.

2Place tortillas in bottom of casserole dish.

3Place a layer of chicken, a layer of cheese, onion and pepper on tortillas. Pour soup over top.

4Add tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
