- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut
- 1 onion and green pepper, cut
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 medium can mushrooms, cut
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

2Add chicken, onion and pepper.

3Cook and stir until chicken is done.

4Add broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil.

5Stir in rice and cover.

6Simmer for 10 minutes.

7Remove from heat.
