Spanish Chorizo Quiche

- 1/2 whole Spanish Onion, Chopped
- 2 pieces (about 4 Oz. Size) Spanish Chorizo Chopped
- 4 whole Baby Bella Mushrooms, Chopped
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 pinches Salt To Taste
- 1 whole Pie Shell
- 1 whole Roasted Yellow Pepepr
Directions

1Preheat oven at 400F.

2Saute the onions, chorizo, and mushrooms until the onions are transparent (about 4 minutes).

3Mix the eggs, milk, and salt.

4Pour the chorizo mixture into the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture over the chorizo. Cut the yellow pepper lengthwise and put on top of the eggs and chorizo (like a pinwheel.) The yellow pepper not only looks pretty but is yummy in the tummy!

5Put the quiche in the oven and enjoy after 40 minutes baking!
