Spanish Fruit Punch

  • 32 oz. unsweetened apple juice
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • juice of 2 lemons plus 2 strips lemon peel
  • juice of 4 oranges
  • 1 1/2 pt. soda water, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp. superfine sugar
  • 1 apple, cut into chunks
  • 1 orange, cut into chunks

Directions

    Pour the apple juice over the ice cubes in a large bowl and add the strips of lemon peel.

    Add the fruit juices.

    Stir in the sugar and add soda water to mixture.

    Mix in fruit chunks.

    Serve in glass or Spanish earthenware pitcher.
