- 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk, Divided
- 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar (optional)
Directions

1Place 1/2 cup milk in small bowl and whisk in the cornstarch. Set aside.

2Heat the remaining milk in a small saucepan over medium low/medium heat. Add the chocolate and whisk until melted. Add the cornstarch and milk mixture and stir for a few minutes, or until the hot chocolate has thickened.

3Add a small pinch of salt. At this point, taste the hot chocolate and add sugar if desired.
