- 12 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 teaspoons cornstarch
- 13 cup water
- 4 cups milk
Directions

1Blend the sugar and cocoa together.

2In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the water.

3Add the cocoa and sugar and stir until a smooth paste is made.

4Over medium heat, add the milk a little at a time while whisking.

5Simmer the chocolate for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
