- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 large can plum tomatoes
- 1 pound hot dogs, sliced or cut up
- 1 1/2 c. rice
Directions

1Saute sliced onion until soft.

2Add tomatoes and cook 15 minutes.

3Add sliced hot dogs and cook 10 minutes more.

4Boil rice until tender.

5Excellent buffet meal.

6Serve in 2 separate bowls. Guests take a serving of rice and pour tomato-hot dog mixture over it.
