  • 4 c. lima beans (2 cans)
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 c. tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can corned beef, cut in pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook pepper and onion in margarine, about 5 minutes.

    Mix with other ingredients and bake in casserole dish for about 30 minutes at 350°.
