  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 ounces green chili peppers chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cheese grated

Directions

    Cook contents of box according to package directions.

    When the rice is done, add the remaining ingredients except the cheese and stir.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 325F (160C).
