- 5 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 c. can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. rice
Directions

1Brown chops on both sides.

2Brown onions in the same skillet. Add tomatoes and seasoning.

3Cover and simmer 2 hours.

4Remove meat and thicken tomato mixture with flour to a smooth paste with 1/4 cup cold water.

5Boil 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.

6Place already cooked rice in center of platter.

7Arrange chops around it and pour tomato sauce over all.
