  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Chicken bouillon or 3 bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt

Directions

    Put oil in a preheated pan with a lid, heat the oil on medium heat.

    Measure out the rice and put it in the pan with the oil.

    Stir till all the rice is coated with the oil, then heat till lightly browned.

    Stir the tomato sauce in with the rice and toss until all the rice is red.

    Measure out water and pour it into the rice mixture, add in bouillon, garlic salt, and pepper.

    Stir thoroughly and cover with the lid, simmer for 15-30 minutes depending on the pan you use.

    Do not stir once the lid is on.

    To check if the rice is done use a butter knife and see if the water has been absorbed.

    Cool before serving.
