- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 2 pounds Steak, Cubed, Or Stewing Beef Cubes
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Mushroom Pieces With Juice
- 1 can (5 1/2 Oz. Size) Tomato Paste
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chunked
- 6 stalks Celery, Cut Large

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2In a skillet, heat oil. Brown (no need to cook through) beef cubes in hot oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish or similar covered casserole dish.

3In a large bowl, stir remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours until very tender. Makes a complete meal when you serve it with crusty bread, or over boiled potatoes.

4Note: If you have leftover grilled steak, simply cube the steak and add the remaining ingredients. Bake low and slow until tender.
