Ingredients

  • 1 c. white rice
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 c. water
  • pinch of cumminos
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 chopped tomato
  • 4 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Wash rice in cold water and drain.

    Heat oil in skillet, then add rice.

    Cook until rice is transparent.

    Add garlic, onion, cumminos, add tomatoes.

    Stir in tomato sauce, peas and carrots, water and bouillon.

    When it is boiling hard, cover skillet and turn down heat.

    When all the water is gone, turn off stove and eat.
