Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Cook rice with water according to package directions.

2Fry bacon in skillet until done.

3Remove bacon, drain and set aside. Brown onions, green pepper and garlic in bacon fat.

4Add ground chuck.

5Cook until done.

6Add tomato paste and sauce, then crumbled bacon and seasonings.

7Salt and pepper to taste.

8Add already cooked rice to meat mixture and mix well.

9Place in a greased casserole.

10Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

11Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.
