- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. quick cooking rice (uncooked)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 2-quart casserole.

3Chop finely the onion, pepper and cheese.

4Blend in all other ingredients except the rice.

5Mix last with rice and pour into casserole. Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes.

6Serves 6 or 7.
