  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt or 2 cups sugar-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk or 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 cups any frozen fruit, of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
