  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (if you like it hot, use Ro-Tel)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raw converted rice
  • 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.

    Put all ingredients in crock-pot; stir thoroughly.

    Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 hours.
