- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. rice, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook hamburger until it's brown.

2Add onion, celery, green pepper, rice, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Cook 15 minutes. Add cloves and cook on low for 1 hour in electric skillet or 1 hour at 350° in oven.

4Stir once in a while and add extra water, if needed.
