  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 13 cup frozen peas
  • 13 cup diced cooked carrot

Directions

    Saute rice in hot oil until light brown.
