- 3 doz. small French rolls
- 1 can Ortega chiles, chopped fine
- 6 small onions
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Directions

1Cook meat with all of the ingredients except the rolls.

2Drain and set meat mixture aside.

3Cut tops off of rolls and pull the inside breading out.

4Stuff bread rolls.

5Wrap individually in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

6If frozen, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
