  • 3 doz. small French rolls
  • 1 can Ortega chiles, chopped fine
  • 6 small onions
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Directions

    Cook meat with all of the ingredients except the rolls.

    Drain and set meat mixture aside.
  3. 3
    Cut tops off of rolls and pull the inside breading out.

    Stuff bread rolls.

    Wrap individually in foil and bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    If frozen, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
