Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. Tillamook cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. olives, chopped
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped Ortega chilies
  • salt to taste
  • 2 doz. small French rolls

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Hollow out French rolls and fill with mixture. Individually wrap rolls in wax paper.

    Heat in 250° oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
