Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 c. tomatoes (fresh or canned), chopped
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Heat oil; add onions and green peppers.

2Cook until soft.

3Add ground beef, salt, black pepper and chili pepper.

4Cook until browned.

5Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and 4 cups tomatoes and 1 teaspoon sugar.

6Cook together 15 minutes on medium heat.

7Break spaghetti into pieces and cook according to directions on package. Do not overcook.

8Drain and add to sauce mix and put into casserole.

9Put into oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
