- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 3 c. cooked spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped olives
Directions

1Saute onion until lightly browned.

2Stir in chili powder, salt and pepper.

3Add tomatoes.

4Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often.

5Layer spaghetti and cheese in casserole, saving 1/2 cup cheese.

6Pour sauce over top and sprinkle olives over sauce.

7Top with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
