  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • cooking oil
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 to 1 tsp. white pepper
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except oil, and shape into patties. Fry in deep hot oil until browned.
