- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Mix 1 stick oleo and dressing mix.

2Mix all ingredients together, saving enough dressing mix to put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
