  • 2 cans drained and mashed squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped finely
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Mix 1 stick oleo and dressing mix.

    Mix all ingredients together, saving enough dressing mix to put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
