- 1 lb. round steak
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Flour steak and brown in pan.

2Place in casserole dish.

3In pan, place onion, pepper, tomatoes, catsup, water, salt and pepper.

4Let simmer 5 minutes, then pour over steak in casserole. Cook at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
