  • 1 lb. round steak
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Flour steak and brown in pan.

    Place in casserole dish.

    In pan, place onion, pepper, tomatoes, catsup, water, salt and pepper.

    Let simmer 5 minutes, then pour over steak in casserole. Cook at 325° for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
