- 3 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can Van Camp's Spanish rice
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese

1Cut green peppers in half lengthwise.

2Steam peppers with 1-inch water in pan for 5 minutes.

3Cool quickly.

4Brown beef and onion; drain fat.

5Stir in rice and ketchup.

6Spoon ingredients into green pepper halves.

7Place peppers in baking pan.

8Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
