- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Put all ingredients in blender.

2Blend 1 minute on high.

3Scrape sides; blend additional 30 seconds.

4Chill 1 hour or possibly more.

5Pour small amount in crepe pan or possibly small frying pan.

6Cook about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

7Slide out of pan.
