  • 1 c. flour, sifted
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Put all ingredients in blender.

    Blend 1 minute on high.

    Scrape sides; blend additional 30 seconds.

    Chill 1 hour or possibly more.

    Pour small amount in crepe pan or possibly small frying pan.

    Cook about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Slide out of pan.
