- 4 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Chicken Broth
- 4 whole Eggs, Slightly Beaten
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs
Directions

1To make dough, in large bowl combine flour, salt and pepper. Blend in broth, eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture, beating until bubbles form (about 2 minutes).

2To make the noodles, force dough through a large-holed colander, or place small amount of dough on the edge of a plate and tilt the plate, cutting off strands of dough into boiling salted water. Cook gently for 3-4 minutes or until they are all floating at the top. Rinse in cold water and drain.

3In skillet, melt butter and saute spatzle until it is browned slightly. Remove from pan and sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs.
