  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients altogether; pat down in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat the eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese together for 5 minutes.

    Pour the mixture over the first mixture in the pan.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

    May add chocolate chips, if you wish.
