   Bring oleo, sugar and syrup to a boil.

   Add peanut butter and stir until melted.

   Remove from heat.

   Pour Special K into a large bowl, add syrup mixture and stir well.

   Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan or an 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.

   Melt chocolate chips and spread over bars.
