    Heat together the Karo and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

    Spread in a 9 x 13 pan.

    Boil Frosting ingedients 30 seconds.

    Turn heat to low and add 1 package chocolate chips.

    Stir until melted.

    Spread frosting on bars.
