Ingredients

  • 16 ounces shells
  • rotini
  • 1 cup non fat yogurt plain
  • 1/4 cup low calorie mayonnaise or non fat
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper or black
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon basil crushed
  • 1 pound parsley minced
  • 10 ounces frozen peas pkg.
  • 1 can shrimp drained

Directions

    Blend the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices together.

    Cook pasta according to package directions until just tender.

    Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until completely cool.

    Transfer to large bowl.

    Add peas and shrimp.

    Toss with yogurt dressing immediately before serving.
