- 16 ounces shells
- rotini
- 1 cup non fat yogurt plain
- 1/4 cup low calorie mayonnaise or non fat
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon white pepper or black
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon basil crushed
- 1 pound parsley minced
- 10 ounces frozen peas pkg.
- 1 can shrimp drained
Directions

1Blend the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices together.

2Cook pasta according to package directions until just tender.

3Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until completely cool.

4Transfer to large bowl.

5Add peas and shrimp.

6Toss with yogurt dressing immediately before serving.
