  • 4 c. sliced peaches
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.

    Beat eggs with sugar and add to peach mixture.

    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° until set, about 25 minutes.
