Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. hash browns (O'Brien potatoes)
  • 3/4 c. cornflake crumbs

Directions

    Combine and heat all ingredients, except hash browns and cornflakes.

    Place hash browns in a 2-quart casserole dish; pour warm mixture over hash browns.

    Sprinkle cornflakes on top.

    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour in a 350° oven.
