  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.

    Add vanilla, coconut and pecans.

    Pour into 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
