  • 1-1/2 cup Corn Oil
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4-1/2 cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg

Directions

    Mix together corn oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Then add the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Nutmeg may be omitted and substituted for 2 small packages of soft chocolate.

    Shape into small balls. Take a glass with a buttered bottom. Sugar the bottom and flatten the ball.

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Switch racks in the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes.
