Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks, drained and water to make 1 c.
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Add water to pineapple syrup to make 1 cup.

    Heat to boiling. Dissolve Jell-O in syrup.

    Blend 1/2 cup of the gelatin with the cream cheese.

    When smooth, pour into pie shell; chill until set. Arrange pineapple chunks on the set pie filling.

    Spoon remaining 1/2 cup of Jell-O over all and chill.

    Serves 6 to 8.
