  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 head lettuce, sliced fine
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • veggies (chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced black olives)
  • guacamole
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Spread refried beans on a small platter, then add lettuce (if you use guacamole, it goes on the lettuce).

    Add chopped veggies; top with shredded cheese.

    Add taco seasoning to sour cream to taste.

    Mound this on top of cheese.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
