- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. shortening
Directions

1Combine water, yeast and sugar.

2Stir until dissolved.

3Add salt and 2 cups of flour.

4Beat for 2 minutes; add eggs and shortening.

5Beat for 1 minute.

6Blend in rest of flour.

7Cover and let rise in warm place for 20 minutes, then roll out and make rolls.

8Let rise again, then bake in 325° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
