- 1 lb. beef, cut in 1/4-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 to 6 oz. cooked noodles
- butter
- poppy seed
Directions

1In skillet or chafing dish, brown meat in hot oil; add onion and garlic.

2Cook until onion is crisp-tender.

3Blend soup, sour cream, mushrooms, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.

4Pour over meat; cook and heat slowly.

5Cook and drain noodles.

6Toss with butter and poppy seed.

7Serve Stroganoff over hot noodles.
