- 6 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. water (lukewarm)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 yeast cakes
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. lard
Directions

1Put water, sugar and yeast in bowl.

2Add salt and 2 cups sifted flour.

3Beat for 2 minutes.

4Add eggs and melted, cooled lard and beat 1 minute.

5Gradually add 4 1/2 cups flour, stirring until dough is formed.

6Divide into 3 parts.

7Roll out and cut each circle wedge like pie into 12 wedges.

8Start at wide part of wedge and roll up to form rolls.

9Put in pan and let rise.

10Use beater for this recipe.

11Bake at 375°.
