Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown.

    Drain.

    Spoon into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.

    Pour over beef mixture.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown at 350°. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.
