- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 12 teaspoon mild chili powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Heat the oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat and add the almonds.

2Shake the pan until they are just becoming golden.

3Add the spices and salt, continuing to shake and roast until the nuts are wonderfully aromatic and golden.
