- 1 medium ripe banana
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. low-calorie margarine
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Cut the bananas in long thick strips.

2Sprinkle both sides of the slices with lemon juice.

3Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet.

4Stir in the cinnamon, honey and nutmeg.

5Add banana slices.

6Cook 2 or 3 minutes until golden brown.

7Gently turn slices over and cook on all sides.

8Serve warm.
